Commercial solar

Commercial solar: generate power where it is used

Businesses use most of their electricity during the day — exactly when solar delivers. We design around your load profile and install on flat roofs, trapezoidal sheet or sandwich panels without shutting down your operations.

  • Designed around load profile and roof structure
  • East-west systems for flat roofs, clamp systems for metal roofs
  • Installation scheduled around shifts and logistics
  • Photo documentation of every step

Self-consumption is the key lever

Production, cooling, warehouse technology or air-conditioned offices: most commercial demand falls in daylight hours. The higher the share you use yourself, the faster the system pays back, because self-generated power replaces grid electricity including network charges and levies.

The starting point is your load profile in quarter-hour values, available from your metering operator. It shows how large the system should be and whether a battery for peak shaving makes sense.

Flat roof, trapezoidal sheet, sandwich panels

On flat roofs we use ballasted east-west systems that put a lot of capacity on the roof and spread generation over the day; the roof’s load reserve is checked before design. On trapezoidal sheet and sandwich panels we mount with profile clamps and short rails matched to profile and sheet thickness.

  • Check of roof build-up, waterproofing and load reserve
  • Fire-safety clearances and maintenance walkways in the layout
  • Coordination of crane, materials and access times

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often before a project starts.

How long does a commercial solar installation take?

It depends on size, roof type and access. Systems around 100 kWp are usually installed in one to two weeks, larger roofs take longer. We agree the schedule with your site beforehand so production and logistics keep running.

Can our flat roof carry a solar system?

Ballasted east-west systems add load depending on wind zone and building height. Whether the reserve is sufficient follows from the building’s structural design. We review roof build-up and documents first and recommend a structural assessment where needed.
